You need to contact us and confirm a quote for your room before completing the questionnaire
The Questionnaire answers will be used as the customer design brief. Please give as much information as you can about your tastes and requirements so your room design is accurate as possible. Many people however are more open to ideas/suggestions so may give less detail than others – this is fine too. If we need more info from you or have any further questions, we will be in touch
Open plan spaces can vary the quote. In a large space, each functional area should be classed as one room ie the dining area will be one room, the living area will be another. We will decide how many rooms your space will be classed as.
This service is an ‘idea’ only – if the client does not like the finished product, refunds cannot be issued. However aspects of the design and further ideas can be discussed but this may result in extra charges. These will be agreed by the client before any further work goes ahead.
Once the Design Idea has been sent to the client, the agreement between TMIDC and the client ends. It is entirely up to the client if they choose to use the idea and product suggestions given.
TMIDC cannot be held responsible if retailers are suddenly out of stock. All product recommendations will be checked before shopping list is sent and products will not be recommended if they are unavailable at that time.
It is out of TMIDC’s control if product prices have changed after the shopping list has been issued. Again prices will be checked beforehand.
Retailer website images and descriptions are not always completely accurate. This could mean that actual colour may vary from the image or there is missing/incorrect info in the product copy. The products used are recommendations only and it is not TMIDC’s responsibility if retailer details have changed or are inaccurate.
TMIDC is not responsible for anything relating to clients orders with retailers.
Please be aware that most retailers offer samples (usually free) of wallpapers, fabrics, flooring and paints. This way you can check you are happy with the style, colour and quality if you are thinking of purchasing.
Product P+P prices included on shopping list are the standard UK charges only ie. not next day etc.
The design Idea is for décor purposes only and will not include any unrelated finishes or fixtures unless specified ie. paintwork gloss, light switches, carpet underlay.
Wallpaper, fabric, flooring and paint total prices are ESTIMATES. These are calculated on the measurements provided by the client.
Client budget should not include the cost of any work needed ie. carpet fitting, decorating etc.
One questionnaire should be completed per room/functional area.
Payment to be made before work begins, an invoice will be sent after consultation.
Payments by bank transfer only.
You agree that the personal information you give is true, the account you are paying from is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover cost of service. Anybody caught using false information will be prosecuted.
No contract will exist between the client and TMIDC until a confirmation email is sent after payment is received.
If you have placed an order but then wish to cancel – you must let TMIDC know within 7 days after payment has been made, by email. You will then be re-credited within 7 days.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change it – you must let TMIDC know within 7 days after payment. After this date alterations cannot be guaranteed as work on your design idea may have started but changes will be made wherever possible.
All orders are subject to acceptance. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from TMIDC explaining why.
By purchasing this service, you agree it will be used for your own private or domestic use only and is not for re-sale.
You must be 18 or over to use this service.
TMIDC reserve the right to end any agreement with you if you fail to make payment on time or if you break any of the T’s and C’s.
TMIDC reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the client if needed.
Design packs will be emailed within 28 days of receipt of payment. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we will consider
Your design idea may be displayed on social media for advertising unless otherwise stated by you.
If you agree that we can use your design idea for advertising purposes on our website or social media, please note that we must reference the retailers used. Again please let us know if you would prefer us not to use your design idea in this way.
Your personal details will not be passed on to a third party without your permission.
Let us know about any decorating restrictions: For example, are you renting and restrictions apply to redecorating or do you have textured walls that you are not planning on re-plastering?
You must send photographs of your room once you return the questionnaire. Show as much detail as possible. If you need help, please let us know
When emailing room or inspo pics please label your name clearly in subject so we can identify which questionnaire they relate to
