There is nothing more elegant (and brave) than a room full of white!
All-white looks striking in any style of modern or traditional decor but here are a few tips to make your room really stand out:
Select one stand-out piece of furniture or a few strong items that create interest. Unique shapes, detail and design will catch the eye and jump out from a simple white setting. Some statement white furniture examples in the above pics…

Use a mixture of a surface detail through chosen materials, soft furnishings and decorative items. This will add points of difference from any plain or flat white surfaces. If you want to escape a clinical look, a variety of textures, particularly in textiles can cosy-up any space. Even introduce a hint of subtle colour ie. a touch of neutrals within accessories – like the room idea above.
Rooms/spaces with lots of natural light work well with white interiors as the light reflects and emphasises the brightness. If you are working with a darker area, reveal as much natural light as possible and use effective positioning when selecting artificial lighting.
